Return Policy


Hey there! If you need to return an item for any reason, I am happy to help! I offer free returns within 30 days of purchase for customers in the United States. You can return your product for a refund. 

Please note the following exceptions to the return policy:

  • Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
  • Returned items must have tags still on (where applicable) and be returned in original product packaging (where applicable)
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear, use, or wash

To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:

  • When your order is fulfilled a pre-paid return label will be emailed to the email address you provide at checkout
  • Print out your return label - it may be in your junk folder
  • Secure your pre-paid return label to the box/bag your item came in (or a new one) and mail it back via USPS
  • Email support@independent-cowgirl.com to let me know it's on the way (no explanation needed, but feedback on the products is always appreciated so I can get better!)

Additional Information:

  • Your refund will be initiated upon receipt of the returned items
  • You will receive an email when the refund is initiated
  • It may take 7-10 days for you to receive your refund
  • I'm sorry, I cannot accommodate exchanges at this time

International Customers:

If you are outside of the United States I am unable to create a prepaid return shipping label for you. I'm so bummed about this because I love and appreciate Independent Cowgirl's international supporters! Customs policies and the use of different postal services all over the world are at the root of this. If you should need to return your item, please email me and I'm happy to work with you to make you happy!
